1. Shipping Coverage

We currently provide domestic shipping within the United States only.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and delivered to addresses within the continental United States.

Note: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.


2. Shipping Fee

We proudly offer Free Shipping on All Orders — no minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden fees or handling charges at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

We do our best to prepare and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 48 hours after your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and carrier efficiency)

  • Remote Areas or Peak Seasons: Delivery may take up to 14 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status on our Order Tracking Page or through the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 48 hours after shipping, please contact us at uspostagehub@outlook.com.


6. Order Status Updates

Your order will go through the following stages:

  • Processing – Your order has been received and is being prepared.

  • Shipped – Your package has left our warehouse and is in transit.

  • Delivered – The carrier has confirmed successful delivery.


7. Inspection and Receipt

Please check your package carefully upon delivery:

  • Examine the packaging for any visible damage.

  • Verify that all items are correct and in good condition before signing for the delivery.

If you notice damage or missing items, please take photos and refuse to sign the package.
Contact us immediately at uspostagehub@outlook.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.


8. Refusal or Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or refusal to accept the package:

  • The order may be returned to us, and a reshipping fee may apply if you wish to resend it.

  • If the order is canceled after shipment, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from the refund.
