Refund policy

Thanks for your order. We apologize for any confusion regarding the charge on your card. A slight variance (up to 5%) can sometimes occur due to the pre-authorization process. If you were overcharged, please conatact us (uspostagehub@outlook.com), and we will be happy to refund the difference.

1. General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Contact us via email at uspostagehub@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and, if approved, send you:

  • A return authorization confirmation

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

5. Return Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to product defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong model, incorrect size), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Processing Time for Returns & Exchanges

We will process return or exchange requests within 48 hours after receiving your returned item.

Approved exchanges will be shipped within 2–5 business days after processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your new item has been dispatched.

7. Refund Policy

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

The refund will be made to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other method used at checkout).

Refund Timeline:
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Refund Exceptions:
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
